Case Management
Cases act as a container for all other services. For instance, you could group a Return, Repair and some Courier Bookings into one Case.
Return Management
Returns allow you to understand exactly what and why something is coming back to you. It also gives the Customer tracking information.
Assessments
If something is being returned for repair, there is a good chance you'll first need to assess it, either to quote or order spare parts.
Repairs
Repairs can be completed against Returns or Cases. A Repair can include a repair type, status, notes, uploads and faults.
Faults
Faults can be created and repair guides associated to them. Faults are used with Repairs to understand what is actually going wrong.
Sales Orders
Sales Orders can be used to charge Customers and include the ability to convert them to an invoice to take payment (through integration).
Payments
Payments can be taken through our integrated partners, Stripe and Authorize.net. When used with Sales Orders you can easily reconcile.
Purchase Orders
Purchase Orders can be used to order products from suppliers and are useful if you need to track which products belong to which Case.
Courier Bookings
FaultBook is currently integrated with APC and allows you to book and manager consignments from within a Case.
Advanced Reporting
Improving your processes is great, but getting relevant information out to make decisions is critical. FaultBook offers fully custom Reporting.
Dashboards
If you like to see key statistics up on a big screen, then Dashboards allows you to create and display a variety of statistics.

FAQs
For monthly payment customers you can cancel your subscription at any point by contacting our customer services team and any scheduled future payment will not be taken. If you cancel after your monthly payment has been taken we are unable to refund you, however, you will have continued access to your account until your licence expiry date.
